Project Description

The e-fuels project aims to develop sustainable production of e-fuels, focusing on methane, via CO2 electrochemical conversion at mild operation conditions. The main objectives of the projects consist on:

•Various configurations will be evaluated under specific operating conditions using highly effective electrocatalysts for methane production.

•Once the optimal configuration is identified, the operating parameters will be further optimized to develop a new eNetMIX-based prototype as the final outcome.

•Process optimization and benchmarking.

A new electrolyser prototype will be developed for testing methane production from captured CO2.

An advanced electrochemical device with enhanced mass transfer, designed for the efficient production of various CO₂-derived products.
